Video update on the construction of the CENTRAL HILLS residential complex by LEV Development as of July 2026
CENTRAL HILLS is a residential complex with its own landscaped park and lake, surrounded by nature yet located within the city. The rooftop features a lounge area with panoramic views of Kyiv, the Dnipro River, and the surrounding forests. It’s just a 7-minute drive to the city center.
At the Slate Tower, monolithic concrete work on the vertical structures is underway on the 18th floor, with 67% complete. Monolithic work is also continuing in the areas around the ventilation units on the 14th and 15th floors. The stairwells are 60% complete. The wall and two elevator shafts have been poured.
The monolithic frame of the Ruby Tower building is fully complete. The exterior walls are 92% complete, and the interior walls are 89% complete. Work is underway on the construction of interior partitions and niches on the 25th floor. The stairwells are nearly complete, with 96% finished. Windows are 89% installed.
At the CENTRAL HILLS residential complex, the two-level underground parking garage will be equipped with a roof to ensure your safety in all weather conditions. For residents’ comfort, the complex will feature its own shopping and entertainment center with a movie theater, as well as a spa. For active recreation, there will be a sports complex, a tennis court, and a soccer field.
