Central Hills is a residential complex with 2 hectares of its own landscaped park and lake, surrounded by nature but located in the city. On the roof, there is a lounge area with panoramic views of Kyiv, the Dnipro River and the surrounding forests.
In the second building, they continue to pour the monolithic frame, which is already 60% complete. Half of the staircases and landings have been installed.
In the third building, the monolithic frame is almost complete, with 98% of the work done. The staircases and landings are 90% complete. The exterior walls are completely finished, and the interior walls and partitions are 80% complete. The installation of metal-plastic windows is ongoing, with three-quarters of the work completed.
The two-level underground car park will be equipped with a shelter to ensure your safety in all conditions. For the comfort of residents, there are plans for a private shopping and entertainment centre with a cinema and a spa. For active recreation, there will be a sports complex, a tennis court and a football pitch.
