• Discount -12% of the total cost of the apartment (for all payment methods);
• Interest-free deferment.
The offer can be used by:
• Military personnel undergoing military service in the Armed Forces;
• Family members of servicemen of the first degree of consanguinity (parents, husband or wife, children, including adopted children).
• Citizens of Ukraine living in temporarily occupied territories (including territories that are surrounded (blockade) and where active hostilities are ongoing).
The discount is granted directly at the sales departments of LEV Development, subject to presentation of one of the following supporting documents:
• Military ID card, officer's certificate or certificate from the military commissariat;
• Extract from the personnel file from the military commissariat, extract from the order of the commander of the military unit in which mobilization will be indicated;
• Certificate from the military unit for receiving social benefits;
• Other documents confirming military service;
• A document confirming the place of registration in the temporarily occupied territory.
The discount applies to the entire amount of deposited funds and cannot be combined with other discounts valid during the promotion period.
